Q 1. What's the payment term? 
A. We accept TT, Western Union and PAYPAL.

Q 2. How's the delivery time ?
A. Usually it will take about 5-20 days for production.

Q 3. Would you accept to use our logo ?
A. If you have good quantity, it absolute no problem to do OEM.

Q 4. We want to know month capacity. 
A. It depends on which model. For example for thermostat small capacity , month capacity can reach near 10000pcs and big capacity near 20000pcs.

Q 5. Where is your market?
A. Our products are popular in Russia, Germany, UK, Poland, NewZealand, Israel, Croatia, Slovakia, Czech, Iraq, Cyprus, Turkey , Singapore,Hongkong so on.Some of them are our regular customers and some of them are developing. We hope you can join us and make mutural benifit from our cooperation.

Q6. What kind of certificate you have ?
A. Our company already achieve the “ISO9001:2008” quality management system.We acquired the “CE certification” for all products. And some our plug-in socket have “TUV certification”.

Q7. How about the transport?
A. If the number of goods is small we usually use TNT, TNT-DHL,EMS,DHL and some express you offered. If the number of the goods is big usually we use the FWD you offered. Either by sea or by air is OK.

Q8. How about the MOQ?

Q10. What is the meaning of TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY? 
A. This product is warranted against material defects and workmanship in normal use for a period of two years,from the date of original purchase from authorized dealers. during this period,will repair or replace the product with a new or equivalent quality at TKBHOME option, without charge, any product proven defective in normal use. Warranty does not cover transportation costs. Nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations or liabilities expressed or implied by the company. In no event shall TKBHOME be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation of this product. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The defective product and the original sale receipt must be returned to the dealer or shipped pre-paid , insured and address.
